When my husband and I started to plan our wedding, there was no question who we wanted to be our photographer. We had attended a wedding for which Arjen was the official photographer and we were amazed at the energy and enthusiasm he had during the wedding and impressed by the results of his work. We were married in a beautiful villa on the western coast of Portugal in August during a week of celebrations with 50 of our closest family and friends. Arjen travelled from Germany to be with us and he added so much value to our celebrations from the moment he arrived. Everybody loved him - from the small children to the oldest guests - which was so important to us as we wanted the atmosphere to be comfortable, natural and open. Arjen is the perfect mix of professional yet fun; he managed to capture all of the emotions of the day, from the intimacy of the vows and the pride of our closest family members, the range of emotions contained within the speeches, to the energy of the evening party. Whilst doing all of this, he still managed not to miss the little moments of the children playing and the tiny personal encounters of tearfulness that every wedding has. When my husband and I received his final selections of more than 600 photographs, we laughed and cried all the way through as we relived the whole perfect day again, as I'm sure we will do for many years to come.
