Florian Kolitsch (Baufi24 Mortgage lending), mortgage information conversation held on 2021-11-03

Today we had a very good informative conversation with Florian about our options for obtaining a mortgage for the construction of our house in Laar (Lower Saxony).
We live near the German border, but we don't speak the German language very well yet, no problem for Florian, the conversation could also be held in English.
In an approximately 1-hour video conference, the pre-filled data was discussed and an explanation was given about the financing options at the various banks. Because we want to build an Energieeffiziens 40 plus house, Florian will also include the possibilities of the KFW bank and the available subsidies in the quote request from the banks that we have discussed together.
