I'm from America. And it can be a real hassle ordering product from overseas. But not with Bear Family Records. The website was so easy to navigate and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end. I even got a personal email from the owner letting me know about the order and when it shipped and when to expect it. When the order arrived it was packaged so well one would think it came from a different planet! I will most definitely purchase again from Bear Family Records. In fact, I'm headed to their website now...
