Terrible Customer Service

This is the first time I write a review and only because I have been so disappointed from the service I received. I ordered two items which arrived two months after I ordered them and I was never updated that the delivery will be delayed by that much. I had to call multiple times to find out what was happening to my order. One of the reasons I orderned from them was the installation service they offer on their website but after multiple requests I still never got any details. I complaint twice via E-Mail but did not even get a response back which was extremly unsatisfying. The products are beautiful and well packed (although one delicate item broke) but I felt zero valued as a customer and after buying all furniture new at multiple stores I can say that this was by far the worst experience.
