Good machine

Machine is very good does work as promised.
Software works as far as I can see flawless
Accessoires is a totally different story.... here is the story:

I ordered a S-1000T machine with an 30 cm Z-axis, a t-slot table and a machine table on wheels. To my surprise noone had been thinking about the (re)placement of the T-slot table so it ended up mounted on the machine frame (9,5 cm Z-axis...). At the moment of collecting the machine noone including me had noted the Z-axis problem. At home after completing the construction I noted the problem. So I had to order 2 extra frame parts, with 8 T-slots premounted to be able to lower the table. This all went wrong though the order stated very clear what I needed (including pictures to show what I needed) The frame parts arrived, but got the wrong t-slots mounted for the connection on the machine table which got smaller T-slot grooves. The T-slots for mounting the T-slot table were completely forgotten, so I had to order those again...

While I was at the factory to collect the table I asked for extra T-slots for the T-slot table. The T-slots provided were too small for the T-slot table but luckely the good size for the extra frame parts, So with a bit of luck I got the T-slot table mounted on the machine table. Adjusting it to the right height provided another problem which in my opinion should have been taken care of by the factory. At the moment the height is about correct within 0.2 mm which should be ok for my purposes. Any advice or tools to get it more exact would be very much appreciated.

My conclusion: If a customer orders a machine with accessoires such as a machine table, longer Z-axis and T-slot table make sure the customer gets:
1. a prepared machine table ready to mount a T-slot table on the desired height.
2. accurate information when purchasing a machine and accessoires (dealers and factory in case the dealer forgets to provide the info) so the end product does not need any corrections or additions. And in case this fails but would be handy anyway:
3. A factory end controle where mismatches (like 30cm Z-axis and a T-slot table mounted on a frame) are noted and discussed with the customer before delivery.
