Very reliable

Great service, great quality, really reliable and punctual.
But sometimes it seemed that we had just a little bit of trouble understanding each other fully. Some parts in the replaceable part list had no translation so I had to use a translator to get the sense of what those could be. The overall price got much higher than predicted (we had our cnc machine repaired).
Maybe I lacked a little bit of guidance through all the process too.
Despite those things we've got a great and well packed product.
