Sehr zufrieden

I have tried for 5 Months, but I could not get any refund from Ryanair, although I have refused any compensation except money back. Simply nothing more from them. After bringing in coronaritter (compensation2G), I get my money in 2 weeks. I think that 10% for them is fair deal, also it was defined in advance.
