worst insurance as international student
This insurance company is going after your money. They say they support you in English but is not at all. I stayed just 6 months with them and the moment I wanted to finished the contract the came with tons of excuses so I was obligated to stayed with them.
I had to ask for help to the international office in my university to fight the first line of customer service mails. They had to reach a higher position to solve the problem...but guess what, today one year later this happen, I still receive their letters that I am obligated to things with them.
Is a nightmare.
In case someone is reading, I highly recommend TK insurance. They have even the app in English, and the branches staff is really helpful with everything.
