I've had the original Aegis from Geekvape for years. It was good to me vut I wanted to upgrade. I bough one from Dampfdorado.de but it had a faulty battery cap thread. Within a day (maybe even less) of emailing, I received a DHL code for return shipment.
After 3 days I received an update as promised and a replacement mod is on it's way.
Great service! And they use WhatsApp to make communication easier.
