So far, so good
I'm only at my first set of aligners, but so far everything is going well. I always got friendly service and all the people seem competent at what they are doing. My first aligner set fits very well and I have had zero problems with it. And they are truly invisible, literally no-one has noticed anything, and speaking with them is easy-peasy too! I cannot wait to move onto the next ones and start to see the results!
I minused one star, because I had start late of my schedule, because they mixed up the delivery of my box and I needed to call the customer service (always friendly though) several times to finally get the box delivered to the right address. Also I had to go trough the IPR and here they could streamline the communication. They let you know you should find your IPR plan in the box and I spent a good time searching for it, because they say you must have it with you when you go for your appointment. Then in some other email I finally found out that this IPR plan is now digital and they have it ready for you already there.
