perfect delivery with the worst admin support

The tyres were delivered in the light of speed BUT

No confirmation mail of the order
Swissbilig order cancelation received and the tyres received anyway
The mails, the website, the follow up system are just Middle-Age level

Without the info I had to order the tyres in another place then cancel my order as the tyres were at my door very quickly

E-pneu is just shooting themselves in their foot...
