My demand was treated within 1 day. The team is friendly, proffessional. I had a 5 hours delay on a flight from Dusseldorf to Tunis. I was going to sue Tunisair for the delay, but then i relied on this company.

They sent me the money after like 3 or 4 days. They will go after them and i don’t have to do anything. Isn’t this amazing ? :D
