Excellent customer service

I've ordered two rulebooks and two sets of seven dice from FantasyWelt. One of the sets had a D20 that came damaged from the factory, and they gave me the options to either get a new set or get a refund, and they also offered to pay for the return postage. I asked for a refund which they paid back and they also let me keep the faulty dice set. The two customer service representatives were nice and quick to respond. Thank you!
