Good service but you have to improve the quality of the product

I ordered a Stufenmatte aus Polycarbonat | Transparent. The goods arrived really fast and in perfect condition.

The problem is that the product must be installed by using the contact points you pasted in a "transparent" material. You can clearly see the silicone glue which makes it really ugly. I would recommend you to change the system to fix the product to the stairs. After a couple of weeks, I decided to buy a different product and dismount your product.

I would also recommend improving your communication with the clients who cannot speak German. You are already selling the product out of Germany.
