Long delivery time

The product was ordered and paid for on December 2nd. The status is still ‘not shipped by December 14th. Customer support stated that package shipments are delayed due to a backlog, and they cannot provide an estimate for the shipping date. Since my order, the product has been listed as ‘immediately available’ in the online store. Previously, there have been no delays in order deliveries.

Ps. Two weeks after the payment, I was informed that the product is about to be shipped, so I’m raising my review score by one.

PS2. On the 20th of December, I received the delivery. It was well-packaged, and the shipment was delivered directly to my door. I updated my review to include the Quality and Price quality ratio rating now that the product has arrived.
Although the product was well-packaged, the packaging and shipping rating remains at two stars overall due to the long delivery time. However, I would like to note that previous deliveries have gone smoothly.
