sold what they didn't have, horrible customer service

I bought on pre-order a set of tarkir:dragonstorm prerelease packs and a play booster box. A few weeks later, I received an email saying that they didn't have those prerelease packs and didn't know if more would arrive. After asking customer service several questions to see if it was worth the wait, I got zero concrete answers. I got replies from several different people who didn't seem to be fully aware of the situation. There was no consideration for the customer, for example, offering compensation for the inconvenience. In short, if you don't have the items, don't put them up for sale.
