Trouble, not sending orders

After ordering months ago I still didn't receive my good. It should be delivered at the end of November and now in January still nothing has been delivered. I have taken a lawyer for helping me out. I am a customer for years but it becomes worse by the day.
Unbelieveable this situation. Being treated like this for being a customwr for years. Through customer service it also struggeling to get help. Slow reaction or no answering at all.
Also packinging is sometimes not reallly nice and some goods arrive damaged. But this is also probaly not their fault but the postal service that throws with the parcels.
This store isn't to be thrusted at all.
