Never again

I ordered some goods on 30 March 2021. All the goods were in stock and delivery was supposed to be within 1-3 days. When the goods still hadn't arrived five days later, I rang the shop and got the rudest person ever on the phone. He slammed down the phone with an obnoxious remark when I politely asked whether I could expect delivery on that day.
The goods finally arrived today (08 April), 10 days after I ordered.
I will never order from Michelle's Specialities again. They cannot be trusted and treat their customers with utter contempt.
