The only thing that you have sent me is an apology that the goods hadn't yet been sent and now the invoice, you have already been paid in full by me, so why no delivery?

Perhaps I should have ordered through the Rewe app? So there can be no discussion about satisfaction!

So either refund my payment or send me
the goods by express delivery!
