When I had questions the person was very helpful & patient with me. The parcel arrived safely & with eveything intact.... I was dissappointed in the Pork Sausages & they didn't taste very special. Maybe I'm spoiled as my father & his brothers were butchers in Hampshire in South England, they had their own shop.... As did my Grandfather & Greaat-Grandfather...... Otherwise all was well and I find the Service very good.
