After ordering some items last year, this year april 2024 i ordered various stainless steel items via Amazon for my Napoleon LE 3.
The forwarder used reported my items delivered , while they were not.
I got in contact with the Grillrost Customer Service directly, within 48 hrs they traced the package ( that was due to damage during transport send back), and reshipped new items , received them in good order now. Every step was communicated clear and friendly
Not only the Grillrost products are top, also their customer service mentality is of old school top quality!
