Excellent product excellent service

Early in 2022 I order the flavor bars and bottom plates for my Weber Genesis BBQ through Amazon . Those products arrived and the items were amazing. I decided to order the Grillrost as a replacement for the cast Iron OEM unit. Since I do not speak Chinese and this company is a German enterprise with less than 30 persons , and I have tested their project I went to the next step and had correspondence with them. My mails were answered within 24 hours . The realized an error in my grill plate order , and gave me the opportunity to correct . This Company Grillrost is just amazing and the product and the Team is amazing also !
