As a private person looking for a flat in Germany I found very hard and found HC24 very good and helpful to find a flat as a private person for a renting a flat for a few month as general companies only considered.
I used Agent Home and they never mentioned that they only deal with companies and not private individuals which I only found out be accident.
Yet HC24 was very helpful in finding a flat for me.
All I can say they have been extremely helpful and straight forward.
