As an expat comployee work and live in Stuttgart, HC24's service is very helpful for me to have an easy way to access the apartment resources. There are standarded renting contract template provided by HC24 and the transaction is secured.

Due to an unexpected issue (the smell from the new furniture) I had to terminate the current contract and would search for a new one. HC24 helps the communication with the landlord and support the new apartment search. The cooperation with HC24 is very good.
