the HC24 service is quite good (advise on flat, link between landlord and us) but you need to make better description of what is furnished or not
but we are more than disappointed by the appartment:
Every furnitures are cheap
the apartment was very very durty
dish washer and washing machine don't work very well
no Internet
no iron (we have to bought one)
no clothes lines (we have to bought one)
very old pans (I don't want to use it, I bought one)
