HC24 was a simple website to access and to figure out. I had no problems getting the information I needed as well as getting a quick and speedy answer from one of the personnel. I told Sabrina Naldony what apartment I wanted and it was a quick process to get a house viewing with the landlord. Everything on the website was explained thoroughly well to match what I was looking at the apartment. Sabrina was very helpful when it came to German/English translation, contract, and to manage my arrangement with the landlords.
