Staff at HC24 was friendly and efficient. However, my experience with the apartment has not been good. It was advertised that the apartment would have a washing machine and dryer, and internet. The internet service is intermittent and the washer and dryer are installed but not functioning at this time. After two weeks of living there I find this disappointing, and to be honest, downright dishonest.
