My contact point was Ms. Ehrmann, who was very helpful and friendly. She replied to my emails very quickly and showed us two apartments, and the contract process was also quick and efficient.
I give 4 stars, the reason for not giving 5 is the fact that the apartment that we rent was not very clean. The exterior was clean but there were dirt and mold specially in bathroom and also inside the washing machine, dishwasher and most notably inside the refrigerator. Even after spending about 2 days for cleaning them, we were not able to eliminate the smell (of mold) from freezer and refrigerator. As your agency charge tenants for cleaning after moving out, I can't understand why these were not clean and I have to do it myself and then pay the charges once I move out.
One more thing, as the apartment is rented out "Furnished" there are some items not included which one expects to be in such a place such as Electric kettle.
Apart from cleanness the apartment and the process of renting are very good and I would like to thank Ms. Ehrmann and your agency. The website is also very good and I think up-to-date with clear description of the properties.
