I had contacted many letting agencies, and none of them responded faster and more sincerely than HC24.
It was very easy to contact HC24 through the website, and communicate with them in English.
Despite getting confused a little bit with sending requests for apartments and filling in a separate form for the booking, my concerns were handles through the friendly staff.
Would definitely use this agency if I were to rent an apartment in Germany again.
