I would like to share with you my terrible experience at Heaven Spa and to apply for a reimbursement of my tickets.
I confess I do not normally go to 4 star Hotels but I did not expect such a bad treatment.
I went to your Spa for my hot stone massage and your staff was incredibly rude (laughing at me) because I did not reserve a slot via phone. Also, your staff did not know English fluently, which is a basic requirement to work in a Hotel.
To be honest, I never book massages in 5 star Hotels but I understand it can be necessary (not mentioned in the website booking process).
What I do not understand though is the way I have been treated by your staff, totally unprofessional.
In addition, I was told that I have to book an appointment 4 weeks before the treatment minimum.
As an employee of Deutsche Börse Group, I do not feel capable to recommend your Spa to my colleagues.
I hope it was just a misunderstanding.
Could you please reimburse my tickets below?
