Delivery is very slow

I ordered items on a Tuesday and they prepared the package on Friday.
Finally got the package on the next Tuesday.
It took 1 week to deliver the product.
Otherwise the product quality is good. Only complain is the delay. Can not trust this site if i really need things in a couple of days
