Good product quality but bad at packaging in heavy product.

I have a great experience with them. Their response, delivery and product quality is good. I highly recommend to improve their packaging system for heavy product.
As a new customer, I am satisfied with their product.
It would be good if they decrease the price of minimum order for delivery like before.
