Unlike Indian restaurants in Germany, this service exceeds expectations

I started using Jamoona after having immigrated to germany in 2018 and struggled to find good quality Basmati rice and spices unlike a UK or other places where my indian friends dont have any issue purchasing these items

My first experience was ordering 2X 20 KG bags of Basmati rice which was delivered to my apartment at no extra cost and was also 25% below market rate which was amazing for someone looking for deals

Over the years the service and product range has expanded and reassured me that this company is not just a fly by night but invested in delivering good quality products and services

The only time I was disappointed was in 2021 during the Black friday sale when I placed an order as usual but then received no information for close to 7 days only for someone named Maurizio Pepe to write to me stating that they were overwhelmed during the week and would need to look at increasing staff etc etc.. but it sounded more like PR than anything else and I was unhappy that at the end it took them a further 7 days to process the order etc etc

So barring that one incident I think it has been good
