Repair Kochfeld IH87705FZ

The unit (supplied on 7/07/2023) failed on 22/6/24: the right side heaters didn't work, and the general electrical supply cut off, by short-cut in the unit.
After disconnecting one phase, it continued working on the left and middle heaters.
After phoning and mailing to Kolbe on tuesday 25/6 , they agreed to send us (free of charge) the required parts to repair the unit.
These parts arrived on 28/6 ( in Belgium) , and we replaced one printcard on saturday 29/6.
Everything worked OK since

We are pleased by the fast and correct action of Kolbe.
