Returning part for deposit refund
The shipping back to the factory was not covered and the option are way to expensive! Having to pay more than 35€ shipping myself to send the used part with a mandatory deposit, this is not encouraging recycling at all!

Thank you for frankly sharing you experience here. We cannot cover the return shipment of products, therefore we offer a special return label for Germany (10 Euro) and neighbour countries for a reasonable price (20-30 Euro)
