Very good for difficult customers
I ordered an expensive watch to Finland on a hasty schedule, since I noticed bit late that the watch I wanted was not available in local shops. Finland wasn't listed as a shipping destination option on the site, but this didn't become a problem.
Everything went as planned and the delivery didn't need any special activities despite the hasty schedule (less than a week to "deadline").
Especially the customer service was very helpful and looked after my order and my worries very closely.
I would order again, and recommend doing business with the company.
(English-language website would help since as a lousy german speker I had to use google translate for some help with the site.)
