scammer vaillant service

To whom it may concern,

I am using Vaillat Combi for 20 years. I boght my first combi in year 2003 with a extended guarantywith two times check a year. Last year i've changed my home and moved to new one and bought new Vaillant the most expencive one.

The Last one i bought last year in November was de most expencive and relaible vaillant combi. I have no problem till in this situation. When the service came to my home for open a combi for a daily usage he asked me to buy either extenden guaranty or not. Yes ofcourse i want same two times check in a year i said. we made a contract behalf of our conversation. But. after 6-7 monts later when i sow "your device needs meintanence" warning,i call Türkiye Vaillant and they said to me that i have just maintanece agrement with the servis and there is nothing to do. They told me that iTs better to go to court. This is unbeliable, i bought Vaillant just not because of its quality, i bought it for the customer relationship management.
