Great service and very friendly. I made the mistake of selecting UPS for Portugal, which is a nightmare. Patin-a sent the order the same day, yet UPS doesn't really lie to deliver in these regions and is now waiting until they have more items that have to come this way.
Not Patin-a's fault at all, I'll select DHL next time. Because there will definitely be a next time.
