Great customer service

Had small trouble with UPS and they called me trying to figure out if there was anything they could do. It was out of their hands, but I really appreciated the effort which you don't get from most stores. The only critic I have is their carting system on the online store. I wish it would save your cart indefinitely or at least for longer than how it is now. Either way im still giving them 5 stars because they bribed me with candy.
