1st of all i was surprised to receive a follow up call telling me about my shipping time and if it’s ok the timing ! That was extremely thoughtful.
Also last time we received (ordered from the company’s account ) a call about why one product can’t be shipped !
And regarding the product i don’t think i can go into new production without them !
