This was my first time ordering from Patin-A.
I'm not easily impressed but the efficiency of this seller really did impress me. Within seconds I got 2 emails with a receipt and order confirmation respectively, and soon after I recieved an other email with the tracking number.
Originally i was looking for airbrush paints, and I was very nicely surprised about all the other exclusive and innovative products that this company offers to artists and creative people.
My first order just made it to my country so within a day or two I will have the goods in my hands.
One more thing, when I enquired about the status of the delivery, Mr.Klopp answered me straight away although it was on a Sunday. That's what I call excellency in after-sales service !!
