Order management ok, but shipment is a disaster
Delivery scheduled Friday 25th between 09.30 and 12.30, then postponed to Monday same time schedule
Today Monday, still no delivery!
I tried to call the carrier GLS (0.88 € / min) I waited for more than 5 minutes where I am told "please wait we will take your call shortly.I'm paying more than 4 € for nothing !
Feel very desapointed !

Hello,
as long as you are in the queue you don't have to pay anything. The fee only starts as soon as the GLS employee starts the call.
However, I do not understand why GLS charges a service fee in France. In Germany the call is free of charge.
