I asked if I could change the color of the dye right after ordering and the order was modified, immediately and easily, the customer service was great. A few days later I received my order as planned. After cleaning the sofas, I applied the dye onto my old sofas who's color had completely faded. It took a while to re-dye the sofas and the result is Amazing!!!! They are as new. I am Thrilled with the service and product I got from Patin-a. I highly recommend Patin-a and will used their services again when needed.
