The delivery via GLS not so. The delivery notification was received, the product did not get delivered, after the fact I got notification of a delay, to be delivered next dax between 9:30 and 12:00. The delivery was attempted before 09:00, I was shopping, I needed to be home before 09:30. The packet was forwarded to the GLS shop, could be picked-up the next day.

PATIN-A made every effort to get the product delivered as quickly as possible and GLS made every effort to slow things down. What is better NO Notifiction or Notifications that cannot be held??
