Very bad experience with customer service
The products are good, but as I asked for information to the customer service, I had with a great surprise a very unpleasant answer, confirmed several times; and as at the end I told this person it wasn’nt a good way to talk with a client, I had the answer that as I did not like it’s tone I should’nt buy anything to this company. I was so surprised, I have kept all these mails.
Then, coincidence or not, when I tried to order, my account had diseapear ( I am an old customer of several years). So I had to start a new account to be able to order.

Wir verstehen nicht, warum diese Kundin bei uns immer wieder einkauft. Bei jedem Einkauf werden vorab 'zig Emails hin und hergeschrieben und man kann es ihr nie Recht machen. Sie ist dabei unfreundlich und rechthaberisch und ihr gefallen die Antworten grundsätzlich nicht.
Wir löschen keine Accounts oder deaktivieren sie. Sie hatte einfach nur ihr Passwort vergessen....😂

We don't understand why this customer keeps shopping with us. Every time she makes a purchase, we exchange dozens of emails beforehand, and we can never seem to get it right for her. She is unfriendly and opinionated, and she basically never likes our answers.
We don't delete or deactivate accounts. She just forgot her password...😂
