You shipped quickly, but UPS is trash
The shipment left immediadetly from your warehouse but UPS held it for days going around in Helsinki and claiming to attempt delivery, even though someone was present at the office during those times. It is impossible to get help from them so I would really change your priority shipping firm in Finland to something else. I know you don't recommend any other shipment firm but this is just insufferable. This happened to two consecutive parcels ordered a day apart, and every parcel I have ordered before.
