Exceptional customer service should be standard when purchasing luxury goods. Unfortunately, one is often forced to accept far less. P+S Watches went above and beyond my expectations to deliver exactly what I wanted within an unreasonably short timeframe. Communication was excellent, with frequent updates. I don't purchase such big ticket items every day, but the next time I do I will not hesitate to work with this company.
