Lack of quality control

After receiving my order of 3 packages i've realized 1 package contained completely dry cigars. So I reported my case to the store. Next month i pay another order, three packages again. But this time they were better. They sent me three packages of completely dry unsmokable cigars. This is totally unacceptable and unprofesionall. I will make sure this information reaches every cigar forum i can find around. I will provide all the data, pictures, invoices and whatever it takes.
