Worst experience in my life!

I have made my order on 7th April, today we have 25th April and I am still waiting....
I got in the meantime email (which landed in junk folder for two weeks before I found it!) that one of the cigars is not available (it was available to order on your website!) so I kindly asked to replace it with anything in my act of desperation. Since then no communication from seller or any updates!
