Poor experience – Damaged product and zero customer support
I purchased a Marstek battery from Redealer, but the item arrived damaged. I immediately reached out to their customer service department to report the issue and request a replacement or refund, but I have been completely ignored.
Despite my follow-up attempts, I have received no response at all. It is unacceptable for a seller to provide zero post-purchase support, especially for high-value and sensitive equipment like this. I strongly advise against buying from them if you expect reliability and professional communication.
